MGT 466 - Strategic Human Resource Management (3 units) This course is intended to look at the strategic role that the Human Resources function provides in an organization.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 367 .
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. demonstrate an understanding of Human Resources functions that contribute to an organization’s ability to meet their goals and objectives. 2. apply basic Human Resources knowledge and apply it to organizational plans. 3. discuss issues impacting society, industrialism and business.
