MGT 488 - Managerial Decision Making and Negotiation (3 units) This course teaches decision making, bargaining, and negotiation for managers by analysis and study of good decisions.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 301 or MGT 323 ; Business major or minor.
Grading Basis: Graded Units of Lecture: 3 Offered: Every Fall and Spring
Student Learning Outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. develop and/or improve their ability to engage in rational decision analysis. 2. demonstrate knowledge of common judgment and decision mistakes and techniques on how to avoid them. 3. demonstrate improved skills in bargaining and negotiation.
